What if we were to tell you that the most important thing you could do for your child’s health is simply to keep them physically active throughout the day? It seems like a no-brainer, but in reality, there are many reasons why this might not be the case. For example, We live in an age where children’s time is often spent on electronic devices. The World Health Organization has reported that children in many countries spend more than nine hours per day (including weekends) in front of a screen.

The Importance of Physical Activity for Children Children who are physically active has higher levels of physical fitness, sleep better at night, perform better academically, and have fewer emotional problems than children who do not engage in physical activity. How To Escape School with Friends
The school is just around the corner. The students are all lined up outside, waiting for the bus to arrive. I stand by my locker, wondering if I should go home or stay and do my homework. The bell rings, signaling that the bus will be arriving soon. I see a girl standing at the front of the line with her hand held out in front of her. She looks like she’s going to cry. I looked around, trying to find someone who could help me.
I see my friend, Sam, standing right next to me. “Hey, what’s wrong?” He asks as he takes her hand. She looks up at him with tears streaming down her face. “My mom is going to get divorced. She won’t even tell me why!” Sam looks at her. “It’s okay. We can figure this out together.” I watch as the two of them head off toward the office.
You might have heard the saying, “A picture says a thousand words.” That’s not entirely true. A video says a million words. So much so that, according to research, “people view online video clips an average of seven times as often as they read text on a web page or visit a website.” (Pew Internet & American Life Project)

For this reason, it’s absolutely essential to include a video in your marketing strategy. Videos are better than anything else at communicating a message. Companies like Coca-Cola spend millions of dollars yearly on television advertising, and Google spends $10 billion yearly. People don’t read ads on TV.
